Seeing women entering into high profile positions in the Ski Industry is nothing less than femme-nominal! Today blackcrows named Wanda Rozwadowska as their new Global Chief Commercial Officer.

In case you are not familiar, blackcrows is the iconic French freeskiing brand founded in 2006 by pro freeskiers Camille Jaccoux and Bruno Compagnet. Their focus has been on design-driven high-performance ski products and apparel that embraces both beauty and function, a concept that has led them in becoming a high-profile name in ski enthusiast circles. Their skis are exceptional winter adventure tools and we have been enjoying some of their colorful, beautifully crafted women’s mid-layer products as spring wear in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

Rozwadowska joins blackcrows from a long tenure at Nike, where she held various senior positions in Sales and Marketing across several product categories in North America. During her 12 years with Nike, Rozwadowska managed and reshaped strategy for Nike SB and launched new commerce models. Prior to Nike, Rozwadowska supported high performance skiing and winter sports in roles with Vancouver 2010 Olympics, FIS and Freestyle Ski Canada. She also has global professional experience in Europe, North America and Latin America and spent many years living in France and Switzerland playing on a professional football (soccer to us Americans) team.
