Women’s Weekend, Telluride
March 3 – 5, 2023
The Telluride Ski Resort will be hosting a women’s weekend camp, which is a no-frills weekend camp that will focus on ski improvement. It includes three days of expert instruction by leading women instructors, assessment of alignment and ski equipment and more. This weekend is intended for women 15 and up.

Blue Bird Backcountry: AIARE 1 Hybrid Courses – Colorado

Ladies, this one is for you. Back by popular demand, we will offer two Women’s Specific AIARE 1 Hybrid Courses this season! Boost your backcountry confidence and meet other ladies who share your passion for avalanche education. Our two Women’s Specific courses are January 14-15, 2023 & March 11-12, 2023. These courses are ideal for female or female-identifying individuals who are self-motivated and have solid time management skills. Students will need to commit to spending 6-8 hours in the week prior to the on-snow course portion completing all necessary prerequisites; this includes the mandatory Zoom class.

DanceAspen’s new WINTER PROGRAM will premiere on March 17 and 18 at 7:30 PM at The Wheeler Opera House with innovative choreography, emotional artistry, and unmatched athleticism. The contemporary dance performances will debut creations by three notable, world-renowned choreographers Penny Saunders, Yin Yue, and Sebastian Kloborg. In addition, local, aspiring in-house DanceAspen choreographers Matthew Gilmore, Madeline Scott, and Blake Krapels will present new works.

Back this year, Friday April 14 through April 16, 2023. This weekend is known for phenomenal expert-only skiing, networking, inspiration and education. The event has been featured in numerous ski publications like Freeskier Magazine, Powder Magazine and now Mountain Women Magazine and has also been named Best Ski Camps For Women (although it is not like a traditional camp). Come for the skiing and get inspired by the speakers and the sisterhood of Silverton’s mountain women. This weekend starts at $30 for participants with an unguided season pass and $228 for two days skiing, avalanche equipment rentals, speakers, swag bags and more.
