We begin with some of our favorite things and then our opening story: A Mother-Daughter adventure in Sedona, Arizona, followed by a close look at the state of women in Nordic Combined.

We then bring Wellness into the fold with a variety of topics to help you live better and bring healthy ideas into your life. Lisa Blake discusses the power of Journaling; Ren Hoskin shares the intimate science of Breath and Breathwork: Holly Resignolo highlights a retreat in the high Northern latitudes of Alaska and Lisa Blake wraps up this section with a unique massage business in Breckenridge, Colorado.

A business story on Town Hall is followed by our Entrepreneurs & the Women Who Climb Higher feature. I will let you turn the pages and discover each one of the fearless and inspiring humans. Shauna Farnell, along with several other mentioned writers brings these stories for you to read.

Amy Schweim is back with her story on Shifting to a Growth Mindset. We all must stop down talking our selves.

Art encompasses all of our publication and Christy Camp features Colorado artist Traci Guire who creates Mixed Media that feels attuned to place rather than removed from it.

We then come to Alexa Cowley of Alexa Designs and one of our favorites, Mountain Home, a beautiful Home & Design establishment in Evergreen, Colorado. Writer Caren Austin captures all of it.

We then get down with some incredible Foodies crafting a life with their businesses that bring the best of Mother Nature straight to your tummy.

But wait, there is more. Get Active with VNTR Birds and Gear to Get Out. We then close the magazine with a story from our Token Male, Bobby Aldighieri.
